Event Overview
The I Support the K9s Color Run 5K is a fundraising event organized by the PLEA Foundation, noted as their twelfth such 5K. It supports law enforcement officers and raises funds for essential safety equipment for Police K9s.

The event takes place at River Bends Park in Shelby Township, Michigan. Check-in, day-of registration, and advance registration check-in occur at the Hickory Grove Pavilion.

Course and Event Details
The course is a 5K run/walk on a paved path within the park. There are six color stations along the path where participants will have colored powder thrown at them. The event features separate start times for walkers and runners.
Registration includes a T-shirt, a medal, a racing bib, and refreshments. Packet pick-up is available the day before at the organizer's office in Rochester, Michigan.
Participant Information
Participants must sign a waiver. A confirmation email serves as proof of registration for check-in. Attendees are advised to enter the park via the 22 Mile Road entrance and can park in a large lot adjacent to the Hickory Grove Pavilion and a playground.
