Event Overview
The Fawn 5K is a run/walk event hosted by Short's Fawn Rescue. The 2026 edition is the second annual event.
Course Details
The race takes place on the Polly Ann Trail in Dryden, Michigan. The start and finish are near Dryden Memorial Park and Mulholland Drive. The course turns around near a bridge over the Belle River.
Registration and Fees
Online registration is available. Registration fees follow a tiered schedule:
- Early Registration (January 11 - February 11): $25.00
- Regular Registration (February 12 - April 10): $30.00
- Late Registration (on April 11): $35.00
Mail-in registration is also accepted, with fees based on postmark date. Registration forms are available online.
Additional Details
Timing is managed by Miller Race Management. Results are available immediately upon finishing. Awards are presented at the event as participants finish.
An optional event shirt is available for purchase. Two styles are offered: a 50/50 cotton blend or a polyester Tek shirt. Sizes range from small to 3XL. Orders must be placed by March 28 to guarantee availability at the event.
Participants have the option to collect donations for Short's Fawn Rescue through a downloadable sponsor sheet.
