I Run They Learn
I Run They Learn is a community run and fundraiser held at Sean Diamond Park in Dublin, California on August 29, 2026. The event offers a 3 Miles run and a program of community activities including prayers, Carnatic music, yoga, run and walk, games, Bollywood dance, and food trucks or snacks for purchase. Registration opens June 6, 2026 and the registration fee is $45. Participants receive a free event swag item.
The event supports Light of Life Trust, a charity that works in underserved villages in India. Registration dollars receive a 1 to 1 match. The charity reports work in 500 villages with a 95 percent retention rate and provides education and related services such as annual physical and eye exams, extra tutoring, music and arts, nutrition support, medical vans, vocational training, agricultural training, and leadership training. Programs aim to keep children in school and to offer pathways to vocational training or college education while involving and supporting parents to improve program retention.
