The Event
The I Love Regina Run & Walk is a running and walking event organized by Run Regina in partnership with the City of Regina. It takes place on August 22, 2026, in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Participants can choose to run or walk. The event is held in-person, with a start and finish on Cornwall Street, south of Victoria Avenue, between the Hotel Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame. It also offers a virtual participation option for all distances.
What's Included
Registration includes a custom race bib, a locally designed short-sleeve technical running shirt, and a locally designed finisher's medal for the in-person event. The race is chip-timed, and free professional post-race photos are provided. Virtual registrants gain access to all virtual distances, while in-person registrants get access to both the live event and all virtual distances.
Practical Information
Race package pickup is scheduled for the day before, August 21, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and will resume on race morning from 7:30 AM at the start site.
