I Love Regina Run & Walk is organized by Run Regina in partnership with the City of Regina. The event offers in-person and virtual options and takes place in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

All distances start and finish on Cornwall Street, south of Victoria Avenue, between the Hotel Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame. In-person participants receive chip timing and results are available on an online leaderboard. Virtual participants can complete their distance between August 22 and September 5, 2026 and upload results to the virtual results page.
Registration fees include a locally designed short sleeve technical running shirt, a locally designed finishers medal by Sticks & Doodles, a custom race bib, chip timing for the in-person event, free professional race photos available for download, a digital finisher medal, and a digital finisher certificate. In-person registrations include access to the virtual races in addition to the in-person event. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
