Event overview

I Love Destin 5K is the fourth annual 5K run/walk held in Destin, FL on February 8, 2026. The event raises funds to provide technology upgrades for students at Destin Middle School. The course is an out-and-back that starts and ends on the Destin Middle School track and runs through Regatta Bay.

Logistics and features

Packet pickup will be available on-site on race day. A race shirt is guaranteed only for registrations completed by December 31, 2025. The event will run rain or shine and registration fees are nonrefundable. Awards include age-group prizes and top overall prizes for male and female finishers. On-site features listed for the day include a DJ and music, a silent auction, and food trucks. Participants are invited to dress as their favorite sports team.
