I Heart Biddeford 5K
The I Heart Biddeford event is a community running day held at Biddeford Primary School, 320 Hill Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. The main event is a 5-kilometer run/walk that starts and finishes in the school parking lot. The published route follows local streets in this order: Hill Street to West, West to Forest, Forest to Elm, Elm to Grayson, Grayson to Hill, then back to the finish in the Biddeford Primary School parking lot. Costumes are encouraged as part of the event's seasonal theme.

- Wild Things Spooky Sprint – about a half mile, free, for runners 12 and under
The Wild Things Spooky Sprint is a short, free dash for children 12 and under. Participants in that sprint will not receive a t-shirt but will receive a treat.
Registration information provided by the organizer includes an early bird fee through August 29 priced at $25, a regular entry price of $30, and a race day price of $35. Registration opens April 1, 2026 for the events listed.
