Event Overview
The HYROX Sprint in Springboro is a simulation of a standard HYROX race, condensed to one-quarter of the usual distance and repetitions. This format provides athletes with an opportunity to evaluate their speed and strength within a professional race setup. The competition is structured for individual participants only, including Men, Women, and PRO categories; there are no options for doubles or relays.
Course and Stations
Participants complete 250m runs followed by specific workout stations. The workout stations utilize standard HYROX race weights but feature reduced distances and repetitions:
