Event Dates and Scale

HYROX New York will take place across eight days, split over two weekends: May 28–31 and June 4–7, 2026. The event expects around 30,000 athletes, which would make it the largest HYROX event in North America to date.

Venue and Race Details

The specific event location in New York City is to be announced. The detailed race schedule, including the number of laps to run and relay briefing times, is also to be announced.

Athlete Registration

Early registration and race day registration details are to be announced. Athletes must bring ID for check-in. It is not permitted to check in on behalf of others.

Race Experience

The event includes individual and team divisions. All finishers receive a patch. During the race, results are posted live on a leaderboard, and athletes receive individual finish times with split timings for each workout. Aid stations are available before, during, and after the event. An entertainment zone with partners and an area called the Thunderdome for watching other racers will be on-site. Age Group award ceremonies are held for each division, and certain Pro division Age Groups can qualify for World Championship slots. Professional photos can be purchased after the event.

Ticketing and Flexibility

Tickets are purchased with or without a Flex Add-On.

  • A ticket with the Flex Add-On allows one name change up to one day before the event via a HYROX Account. It also offers a partial refund up to seven days before the race, and a full refund up to 31 days before, excluding Flex and service fees.
  • A ticket purchased without the Flex Add-On allows no changes after purchase, including modifications, name changes, or refunds. For the 2025/26 season, transfers to other events or division changes are not offered. Tickets must be personalized with the athlete's first name, last name, and email during the booking process.

Charity Participation

For charity tickets, a minimum fundraising goal must be reached: $400 for Singles, $600 for Doubles teams, and $1,000 for Relay teams. Participants who do not meet this goal may be placed on a blacklist for future charity ticket purchases.

Photography

The official photography partner, Sportograf, uses facial recognition. Photos are typically available to view on sportograf.com about 48 hours after the race. A pre-purchased photo package can be redeemed with a Ticket ID from the receipt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
