The event takes place on March 15, 2026 at Weequahic Park, 92 Thomas Carmichael Dr, Newark, NJ, in Essex County. It features multiple distance events held on the park paths and around the park lake.

The course runs mostly on well maintained paved paths through wooded sections that border a lake. Much of the paved surface is described as a rubber track. The layout includes laps or passes that bring runners past the start and finish area and a turnaround point.
Course support includes three staffed stations supplying Gatorade, water, and energy gels. Paper cups are provided, and volunteers and trash receptacles are placed on the course. Timing is provided in real time by loop, with live tracking on a digital map. Finish-line activities include live streaming, photography, and finisher videos; video and images are posted within two hours after the event.
Participant amenities listed include a technical T-shirt and a die cast finisher medal. Awards comprise plaque awards for the top three overall finishers and age-group awards in ten-year brackets starting at 19 and under, up through Golden Runners 70 plus.
