Athlete information and operations: a provisional schedule and start lists will be published prior to the event and individual start times will be linked to athletes in advance; start time changes are not permitted. Athlete check-in requires photo ID and checking in on behalf of another person is not allowed. On-site registration is available in accordance with the event schedule.
Photography and privacy: the official photography partner uses a selfie search that requires athlete consent to biometric processing and a visible designated wristband issued at check-in; photos for the selfie search are processed only when the wristband is clearly visible and are typically available about 48 hours after an athlete's race.
Volunteer and charity programs are part of the event. Volunteers earn Reward Points that can be redeemed for tickets and merchandise. The Race for Impact program works with High Impact Athletes and sets minimum fundraising targets by ticket type. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
