HYROX Nashville is scheduled for December 10 to 13, 2026 at the Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203. The event spans four days and will bring together athletes from across the country for on-site competition, community activities, and exhibition zones.
Event features include an official race package with a finisher patch, live leaderboard results during competition, and individual finisher times with split timings for each workout. Age group award ceremonies will follow each division once all athletes have competed, and certain age groups can earn qualification slots for the World Championships. The venue offers aid stations before, during, and after the race, a viewing area called the Thunderdome, and an Entertainment Zone with partners. Professional race photography will be available for purchase.
Athlete logistics note that provisional start schedules will be published and individual start times are typically linked about three days before the event; start time changes are not permitted. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division’s first start wave. Athlete check-in requires photo ID and checking in on behalf of others is not allowed. Early entry to the hall prior to official check-in is via the Spectators Desk with ticket and ID.
The official photography partner uses facial recognition to match uploaded selfies with race photos, which are normally viewable about 48 hours after competition. The event offers a Race for Impact charity ticket option in partnership with High Impact Athletes; minimum fundraising requirements are $400 for Singles, $600 per Double Team, and $1000 per Relay Team. Charity tickets are discounted but carry a blacklist policy for unmet minimums. Ticket Flex Add-Ons allow limited name changes and, for the FLEX option, partial or full refunds within specified windows. Tickets without a Flex Add-On are not refundable or changeable.
