Hyrox Simulation in Kildare
Hyrox Kildare 4.0 is a fitness event hosted at location code W23 PKN8. This event serves as a Hyrox simulation, utilizing official Hyrox Centr equipment for the various stations. Participants complete a 1 km run along a scenic canal as part of the course. The event is professionally timed using chips provided by Pop Up Races to ensure accurate results for all competitors.
Participants can choose between different weight categories, as the event provides both Open weights and Pro weights. The structure of the competition allows for several entry formats:

- Relay teams
Upon completion of the course, finishers receive official Hyrox patches. The event is organized by Fitness Journey Kildare.
