The format reproduces elements of a standard Hyrox race with an accurate Roxzone setup and offers multiple competition categories: Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Relay. The course includes a 1 km run along a scenic canal on a one-lap layout. Flags mark winners in each category. Start times are allocated after ticket purchase and participants receive a scheduled start window from the organisers.
