Academy HYROX Houston : April 1 to April 4, 2027
Academy HYROX Houston is a four day fitness race held at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. The event features the HYROX race format with repeated running laps and workout stations that include equipment such as the SkiErg and wall balls. The weekend includes a HYROX Youngstars division for athletes aged 8 to 15.
Athlete services and on-site offerings include event photography by Sportograf using a selfie search that requires a designated wristband and consent for biometric processing, aid stations before, during, and after the course, and viewing from the Thunderdome. Athlete entries receive an individual finisher time with split timings, a finishers patch, leaderboard posting during competition, and age group award ceremonies. Certain age groups can earn qualification slots for the World Championships.
Registration and check-in notes are published in advance. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave. Athletes must present ID at check-in and may not check in on behalf of others. Ticket options offer Flex Add-Ons with specific name change and refund rules depending on the selected option; options must be chosen at purchase and cannot be added later.
The event also includes volunteer roles with Reward Points that can be redeemed for tickets and merchandise, and a Race for Impact charity option that sets minimum fundraising targets for different ticket types. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
