Factor_ HYROX Atlanta takes place April 23–25, 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center, 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. The event spans three days of HYROX fitness racing and includes HYROX Youngstars for athletes aged 8 to 15.

Important athlete procedures are published before the event. Individual start times are linked approximately three days prior and start time changes are not permitted. Provisional schedules and other race information are provided in advance. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before the first start wave for that division; athletes who need to enter the hall before their official check-in window may do so via the Spectators Desk by showing ticket and ID. Athlete check-in requires ID and checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.

Official event photography is offered by Sportograf. Sportograf provides a selfie search that uses biometric processing; this requires consent and a designated wristband, visible in photos, provided at athlete check-in. Photos are typically available about 48 hours after the race.

The published race package includes a HYROX finishers patch, live leaderboard timing, individual finisher times with split timings, age group award ceremonies, qualification slots for certain age groups to the World Championships, aid stations before, during and after the course, viewing from the Thunderdome, and an Entertainment Zone. Volunteers earn Reward Points that can be redeemed for tickets and merchandise. The event also offers a Race for Impact charity option in partnership with High Impact Athletes with cause areas in Global Health, Climate Solutions, Mental Health, and Women’s Empowerment; minimum fundraising requirements apply for Singles, Double Teams, and Relay Teams.
