Hydrasun Half Marathon 2026 : Aberdeen
The Hydrasun Half Marathon takes place in Aberdeen on 18 July 2026. The event covers a half marathon distance of 13.1 miles on a city and river route that begins in Duthie Park and returns to the same location.
Runners follow a course along Riverside Drive, over the Bridge of Dee, along South Deeside Road, across Milltimber Bridge and onto the Deeside Way. The organisers describe the route as offering naturally cool summer running conditions and a scenic city and river setting; they note it is aimed at personal best chasers and first-time half marathon participants.
Entries for this edition are sold out and a waitlist is available for any further release. The weekend includes a pre-race pasta party hosted by Amarone on the evening of 17 July and an Ultimate Masterclass Festival event at Aberdeen Music Hall the night before, which will feature a live interview with a guest speaker.
