Event Details
The Hunger Hustle is an annual 5K run/walk held at Eagle Village Park in Eagle, Wisconsin, on Saturday, June 27, 2026. This event is the 11th edition, having been held since 2016. It takes place during the Kettle Moraine Days festival weekend.
Race Format and Charity
The event is a 5K run/walk. Its purpose is to raise awareness and donations for local food pantries. Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item on race day, which enters them into a prize raffle (one raffle ticket per item).
Registration and Fees
Registration opens on February 16, 2026.
- For participants aged 11 and over, registration is $28 from February 16 to June 7, which includes a guaranteed t-shirt.
- From June 8 until the race, registration is $33, with no guarantee of a t-shirt.
- Registration for children aged 10 and under is $15.
Day-of registration is available, but only online through the registration platform.
Awards
Awards are given for age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
