Hunger Hustle
The Hunger Hustle is an annual event held at Eagle Village Park in Eagle, Wisconsin. This event takes place during the Kettle Moraine Days festival weekend and focuses on raising awareness and collecting donations for local food pantries. Having first been established in 2016, the event is now in its 11th year.
The program includes the following distance:
- 5k run or walk
Participants can register for the run or walk with tiered pricing based on age and registration date. Those who register by early June are guaranteed an event T-shirt. On the morning of the event, participants can collect their bibs and shirts at the park. Online registration remains available on the day of the event through the official platform.
The event includes a charitable component where attendees can bring non-perishable food items to receive raffle tickets for potential prizes. Awards are presented for various age categories, including groups for children aged 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, and spanning through adult brackets up to 60 and over.
