Event details

The Hunger Hustle is an annual community 5K run/walk held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Eagle Village Park, 309 S Parkview Dr., Eagle, WI 53119. The event takes place during the Kettle Moraine Days festival weekend and raises awareness of and donations for local food pantries. The program includes a 5K run/walk, bib and T-shirt pickup on race morning, and post-race awards by age group.

Registration and race-day information

Registration opens March 8, 2026. Early registration from March 24 to June 1 for the 5K (ages 11 and older) is $28 and includes a guaranteed T-shirt. From June 1 until race time registration is $33 with no guarantee of a T-shirt. Children 10 and under register for $15. Day-of registration is available online through the event registration platform only. Participants receive their bib and T-shirt upon check-in on race morning. Bringing a non-perishable food item on race day gives one raffle ticket per item. Age group awards are offered in these divisions: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
