Huber's Orchard Wine Run 5k
This event is a chip timed 5k run/walk held at Huber’s Orchard & Winery in Borden, Indiana on June 20, 2026. The course starts and finishes at the winery and follows mostly paved roads.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible portable wine glass, a finisher medal, and a race bib. Results are posted online and participants receive a pour of wine at the finish; minors may participate but do not receive a wine glass or a glass of wine.
The event offers age group awards for the top three finishers in each 10-year category: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & Over. Competitive runners must start with the first group to be eligible for an age group award. If wave starts are used, winners must begin with the first wave. There is no formal award ceremony; winners should check posted results and pick up awards at the registration table on the day of the event. Age group awards are available for pickup starting one hour after the first wave and will not be shipped.
Additional notes: strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site because the location is a produce and vegetable farm subject to USDA rules.
