Registration includes a t-shirt, a shatterproof and collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine coaster, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a pour of wine. Minors receive the t-shirt, medal, and bib but not the wine glass or wine pour.

The event is chip-timed and scored by J3 Timing. Age group awards are offered for the top three finishers in each 10-year age category. The event has a charity partner, St. Elizabeth Catholic Charities. Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the event at the winery and on race day. A virtual participation option is available. The event allows walkers and welcomes well-behaved pets in outdoor areas, though strollers are not recommended due to uneven ground on the course.
