Trail Running in Fayetteville
The Howlin' Trails event takes place at the Wolf Creek Trails in Fayetteville, West Virginia. This race offers a scenic course through rolling trails and lush woodlands, providing participants with an outdoor experience in the natural environment of the region. The event serves as a fundraiser for Active Southern West Virginia, supporting programs such as free fitness activities and kids' run clubs in local counties.

The start and finish lines are located at Bridge Brew Works. The course is a closed trail system, ensuring a dedicated space for the event. Age division awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in categories ranging from 5-17 to 65 plus.
