The Howlin' Trails event takes place at the Wolf Creek Trails in Fayetteville, West Virginia. This race offers a scenic course through rolling trails and lush woodlands, providing participants with an outdoor experience in the natural environment of the region. The event serves as a fundraiser for Active Southern West Virginia, supporting programs such as free fitness activities and kids' run clubs in local counties.

Participants can choose from the following distances:
