Packet pickup is available the day before at Dash Sports and on race morning at the venue. Parking is listed at the Lake County Resource Center; resort guests may use a free shuttle.

Awards include top three male and female overall, top masters, and top three in each age group (5K and 10K age groups every 10 years; Half Marathon age groups every 5 years). Course rules state a minimum 18 min/mile pace, no unauthorised participants, strollers allowed (line up at the back), and no dogs near the course except approved service animals.
