Hove Prom 10k
The Hove Prom 10k is organised by Arena 80 AC and takes place on 18 October 2026 at Hove Lagoon, Kingsway, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4LX. The event is a road race over 10k on the promenade.
The course is accurately measured and comprises two laps along the seafront. The route is described as pancake flat with coastal views and includes pacers. Organisers note that, in the right conditions, personal bests are possible.
The event is part of the Sussex Grand Prix Championship series and draws a range of runners. This year the race will make a donation to Amaze Sussex, a charity supporting families with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex.

Included options and prizes listed by organisers include an optional bespoke medal for a supplement fee of £4, cash prizes for male and female podium places, and trophies for leading runners. Entry fees are shown as £20 for advance entries and £25 for on-the-day entry, subject to availability. Parking is available around Hove Lagoon; Portslade train station is about a one mile walk or cycle from the venue and bus number 6 runs from Brighton Station approximately every 30 minutes.
