Houston's 12K of Christmas
Houston's 12K of Christmas takes place on December 19, 2026, at Sam Houston Park, 1000 Bagby St., Houston, TX. The event marks the 14th edition and serves as the ninth race in the Houston Holiday Series.
The event program includes these options:

- 6K Run - one loop
- Kids and Family 1K walk
- Virtual 6K and Virtual 12K
Packet pick-up is scheduled at Sun & Ski Sports on December 17, 2026, at 6100 Westheimer Rd. Race day packet pick-up is available for an additional fee. Parking is available downtown; some lots require payment.
The event features holiday-themed elements such as hot cocoa, appearances by Santa and elves, and Christmas carolers. Awards include top three overall male and female, top three masters overall male and female, and first place age group winners in 10-year divisions. Age group awards must be claimed at the awards tent on race day; awards not claimed on race day can be shipped at the participant's expense for $9.95.
