Houston Ultra Trail
The Houston Ultra Trail is a trail running event at Memorial Park in Houston, Texas on February 13, 2027, organized by Trail Racing Over Texas. It is presented as the first official trail race at Memorial Park and uses the park's natural surface singletrack trail system.
The event offers multiple distances:

- 10K
- 5K
- 1K Kids Run
The course uses a loop-based format through the Bayou Wilds trail system with minimal pavement and flowing singletrack. Course markings are frequent and aid stations are placed roughly every 4 to 5 miles. Named aid locations include Main (Start/Finish), Crestwood / Memorial Trailhead, and Picnic Loop. Aid stations provide water, electrolytes, snacks, and cooling buckets when needed; volunteers staff the stations.
Race logistics emphasize easy access to aid and drop bags, central start/finish facilities, and chip timing. Finish area features music and a community atmosphere. Participant amenities listed include finisher medals, a race shirt, free race photos, and belt buckles for 50 Mile finishers. Primary parking is at the Cullen Running Trails Center and parking is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
