CHORD ENERGY HOUSTON CORPORATE 5K - Memorial Park, Houston
The CHORD ENERGY HOUSTON CORPORATE 5K is a three-day corporate run and walk held October 20–22, 2026 at Memorial Park in Houston. The event uses the Eastern Glades (East Memorial Park Loop) course and completes one lap around the Seymour Lieberman Trail Loop, described as flat and fast. The main distance is a 5K run/walk.
The event assembles more than 240 company teams and thousands of participants from the corporate community. It is presented as an after-work 5K that promotes health, wellness, and team camaraderie. Entry is open to adults; listed eligibility is ages 18 to 99.
A portion of registration and sponsorship proceeds benefits Memorial Park Conservancy. Since 2017 the event has raised more than $600,000 for that charitable partner. Organizers report that over 52,000 participants have completed this event to date.
Participant items include a running tech shirt (80% poly, 20% cotton), race bib, official event bag, a voucher for a pint from Saint Arnold, and other local giveaways.
