House of Hope Trail Blaze
House of Hope Trail Blaze is a trail running event held on July 11, 2026, at George Wyth State Park in Waterloo, Iowa. The course uses the park trails and includes sections that pass through Hartman Reserve Nature Center. Timing and results are provided by True Time Racing Services.
Available race formats and distances:
- Team 10K, five person team, 50K combined
- Individual 10K
- Individual 5K
The 10K course follows a 6.2 mile loop through George Wyth State Park and Hartman Reserve Nature Center. All events use the park trail system. Place finish awards are given to the top three in each category.
Registration opens March 20, 2026 and closes July 11, 2026. Entry fees listed for the advertised events are one hundred dollars for each individual 10K and 5K, and two hundred dollars for the team 10K entry covering a five person team.
