Sturgis Falls 5K & 10K

The Sturgis Falls 5K and 10K take place on June 27, 2026, in downtown Cedar Falls. The event is based at 209 Main St., Cedar Falls, IA 50613, and the course uses part of the parade route with the start and finish on Main Street in the heart of downtown.

The 10K includes aid stations at mile 2.2 and mile 4. Awards are given to the top male and top female in each race and to the top three finishers in each age group. Entry options include standard and no-shirt registrations; published fees range from $15 to $35.

Packet pickup is scheduled on Friday, June 26 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at The Runner's Flat, and on race day, Saturday, June 27 from 6:00 am to 6:45 am at the start/finish line.
