Course and race logistics
The course is a USATF certified 500 meter crushed gravel loop around the manor grounds. Each loop has 0 feet of elevation gain; maximum site elevation is listed as 869 feet. The course is flat and marked, with timing mats that runners must cross each loop and live chip timing displayed on course. The event is cupless; runners should carry a bottle or reusable cup. An aid station is located on course and includes an express water-fill line. Portable restrooms will be along the course and permanent restrooms are on the grounds.
Crew may set up in designated areas and a staging area for drop bags and tents is provided west of the timing line. Pacing is not allowed. Parking is free onsite. Medical support from an on-site provider will be available. Prize awards are given to the top three overall and to masters in each race; finisher awards and gender-specific race shirts are listed among race perks.
