The Washington D.C. Hot Cider Hustle takes place on October 31, 2026, with start and finish at National Harbor, 137 National Plaza, National Harbor, MD. The event offers chip timed and fun run categories on a flat, paved course that runs along the Potomac River.

Finish line provisions include hot apple cider, caramel apples, and a finisher mug; 5K and 10K finisher medals are available as an add-on. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and overall for both chip timed distances. Age categories include 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.
Packet pickup options include mailed packets for a fee, pre-event pickup at Road Runner Sports in Falls Church, VA, or onsite pickup on race morning. All courses are entirely on paved roads or paths. Water stations provide water only. There is no gear check. Headphones are allowed but strongly not recommended. Dogs are not permitted; strollers are allowed for walkers and joggers only, with a guardian required to sign for children in a stroller.
