Harrisburg Hot Cider Hustle
The Harrisburg Hot Cider Hustle takes place on City Island, PA on November 1, 2026. The event offers chip-timed and fun run categories and features running along the Susquehanna River and segments of the Capital Area Greenbelt.

The course is entirely on paved roads and paths. Finish line provisions include a 2026 finisher mug provided to every participant, hot apple cider and caramel apples, and a 5K/10K finisher medal available as an add-on. Participants choose between a classic t-shirt or an upgraded thin-tec 1/4 zip as event apparel.
Registration and participant gear options include a packet mailing service for $14.99 and on-site packet pick-up; mailed gear typically arrives 1 to 4 days before the event for mailed or virtual participants. A virtual race category is available for those who transfer to it before packet mailings close.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and overall for the chip-timed 5K and 10K. Volunteers receive an event shirt and help with water stations, participant check-in, and course marshaling. Parking is available on City Island. Dogs are not allowed; strollers are permitted for walkers and joggers only, with the parent or guardian responsible for any required waivers.
