St. Louis Hot Chocolate Run
The event takes place in Downtown St. Louis on December 6, 2026, with the race site at Kaufman Park, 1200 Chestnut St. Distance options listed for the event include:

Courses run through downtown St. Louis and pass landmarks such as Energizer Park, Soldiers Memorial, Saint Louis University, and Union Station. The 15K route also goes along Washington Avenue and through Ballpark Village and the Soulard area.
Registered participants receive event apparel and finisher items, including a full zip jacket, a commemorative finisher medal, free race photos, and a finisher mug filled with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate at the post race party. The post race area in downtown features music and vendors and includes partner offers at nearby Ballpark Village.
A VIP Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade provides a dedicated arrival area, premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, an exclusive shopping bag, a $35 on site store credit, VIP corral placement, upgraded onsite amenities such as a hot breakfast item, heaters when needed, and dedicated restrooms.
Packet pickup is handled at a public expo where runner kits are distributed; there is no race day packet pickup. Packet mailing is available for a fee until November 15, 2026. Race timing and high resolution photos are emailed to participants. Awards are given to overall and age group top finishers in both the 5K and 15K.
