Course and Location
All courses start and finish at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. The routes are designed to highlight Tennessee’s history, passing near the Tennessee State Capitol and the 95-Bell Carillon. Runners also pass through sections of Broadway, a street known for its live music venues. Gear check services are available at the park starting 60 minutes before the first race.
Participant Amenities and Post-Race
Each registered runner receives a participant kit that includes a full-zip jacket and a commemorative medal. After crossing the finish line, participants receive a finisher's mug containing hot chocolate and chocolate fondue with dippable snacks. The post-race party at the park features music, vendors, and a complimentary beer for participants aged 21 and over.
Expo and Logistics
A pre-race expo is held at Nissan Stadium at the West Club. This event serves as the primary location for packet pickup, as there is no packet pickup available on the day of the race. The expo is open to the public and includes merchandise and vendor displays.
