The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Houston is scheduled for January 30, 2027 with the start and finish at Sam Houston Park. The event offers multiple distance options and a post-race celebration focused on chocolate-themed refreshments.

The course runs along Allen Parkway and provides views of Buffalo Bayou. Packet pickup and the Hot Chocolate Expo take place in the days before the race at the Community Collective location in Houston. There is no race day packet pickup.
Race registrations include a swag kit with a commemorative full-zip jacket and a finisher medal. The finish line features a Chocoholic mug with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate, plus a post-race party with music and vendors in Sam Houston Park. Free high-resolution finish photos and official race times are provided to participants by email. Live runner tracking is available the week of the event.
A Ghirardelli Cocoa Club VIP upgrade provides an upgraded onsite area with premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, preferred corral placement, a hot breakfast item, dedicated restrooms, heaters if needed, and a store credit for hot chocolate purchases.
