The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Charlotte is scheduled for February 14, 2026, with the start and finish in First Ward Park (301 E 7th St, Charlotte, NC). The event offers three race distances.

Logistics, amenities, and awards
An expo and packet pickup are planned at the Charlotte Convention Center (Richardson Ballroom) on Friday, February 13, 2026. There is no race day packet pickup; packet mailing is offered for a fee and the mailing option deadline is January 25, 2026. Participants receive a swag kit that includes an exclusive full-zip jacket and a finisher's medal. The post-race party at First Ward Park will include music, vendors, hot chocolate, a finisher mug with chocolate fondue and dippables.
The event offers a Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade with Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa, a take-home cocoa bag, $35 onsite store credit, VIP corral placement, and an upgraded onsite area with a hot breakfast item and dedicated restrooms. Overall awards and age-group awards are given for the top three male and female finishers in each distance; overall prizes include monetary awards and future registration benefits. Free high-resolution photos and race results are provided to participants, and live runner tracking will be available.
