Hot Chocolate Run – Atlanta
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Atlanta is a chocolate-themed running event held at Centennial Olympic Park. The event offers two distance options:
- 5K
- 15K
Both distances pass by Atlanta landmarks such as the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Georgia World Congress Center, and the Georgia Aquarium. The 15K route also includes City Hall, the Olympic Torch, Old Turner Field / Hank Aaron Wall, Grant Park, the Georgia Tech campus, and Bobby Dodd Stadium. Course maps and an interactive map are provided for route details.
Participants receive an event kit that includes a full-zip fleece and a finisher's medal. At the finish, runners are offered a finisher mug with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate. A post-race party is held at Centennial Olympic Park with music and vendors.
A Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade is available and includes a canvas tote with single serve Ghirardelli cocoa, a $35 hot chocolate store credit, VIP corral placement, access to a Cocoa Club area, an upgraded onsite breakfast item, heaters if needed, dedicated restrooms, and extra dippables.
Expo and packet pick-up take place at the Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart and are open to the public for kit collection and vendor visits. Results are professionally timed, and free high-resolution photos and race times are emailed to participants.
