SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run – Atlanta
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Atlanta is scheduled for January 31, 2027, and is based at Centennial Olympic Park (285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW). The event offers two race distances:
- 5K
- 15K
Both courses pass downtown landmarks such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia World Congress Center, and the Georgia Aquarium. The 15K route additionally passes Atlanta City Hall, the Olympic Torch, Old Turner Field, Grant Park, and the Georgia Tech campus.
Every registration includes a swag kit that features a full-zip fleece and a finisher's medal; a limited-time Tour Tee has also been offered with some registrations. A post-race party at Centennial Olympic Park features music, vendors, and a finisher mug filled with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate. A Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade adds perks including a branded tote with take-home cocoa, a store credit, VIP corral placement, access to a dedicated club area, and an upgraded onsite experience with extra treats and amenities.
Packet pick-up and the Hot Chocolate Expo take place in the days before the race at the Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart; there is no race day packet pick-up. Free high-resolution photos and each participant’s official race time are emailed after the finish. Live runner tracking and results are available for participants. Overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in both distances with monetary prizes and complimentary registration; age-group awards are also presented across standard age brackets.
