Hospital Hill Run - Watertown, SD
The 29th Annual Hospital Hill Run is scheduled for June 13, 2026 on the Prairie Lakes Healthcare System campus in Watertown. All proceeds will support the Caring Club House, a lodging resource for patients and families on the campus. A donation of a non-perishable item will be collected at the registration table.
Registration fees are listed by category: early bird registration is $20 through June 5, local health care employees are $15, registration after June 5 is $25, and children 12 and under register for free. Pre-registration on or before June 5 is encouraged for those who wish to receive a race shirt on race day; participants who register after that date will pick up shirts at a later time.
Check-in will take place at the Prairie Lakes Caring Club House located at 220 9th Ave NW, Watertown. The event includes timed races and walk options, and an award ceremony with refreshments and festivities will follow the race. Participants and spectators will receive a route map in registration packets.
Caring Club House guests are asked for a donation of $10 per person and $3 for each additional family guest per night; the donation may be waived for those unable to provide it.
