Hospital Hill Run - Watertown (29th Annual)
The Hospital Hill Run is scheduled for June 13, 2026, on the Prairie Lakes Healthcare System campus in Watertown, located at 220 9th Ave NW. The event supports the Caring Club House; all proceeds will be donated to that facility.
Event registration options and fees are listed for different participant categories. Pre-registration on or before June 5, 2026, is encouraged to receive a shirt on race day; participants who register after June 5 will need to pick up shirts later. A donation of a non perishable item is requested and will be collected at the registration table.
Available race formats:
- Timed 5K run for all ages
- Timed 1 mile kids race for ages 10 and under
- 5K walk for all ages
- 1 mile walk for all ages
An award ceremony, refreshments, and other post race activities will follow the event. Each registration packet will include a route map for spectators. The Caring Club House offers overnight lodging for patients and family members with a suggested donation of $10 per person and $3 for each additional family guest per night; the donation may be waived for those unable to provide it.
