The Buffalo Wild Wings 5K & Walk takes place on May 15, 2026, in Watertown, SD. The event is an untimed, family-friendly 5K run or walk. The course starts and finishes at Prairie Lakes Ice Arena. A catered Buffalo Wild Wings after party for registered 5K participants will be held in the Prairie Lakes Ice Arena lobby. The event is held in conjunction with the Dash Around Kampeska Half Marathon and Half Marathon Relay, which occurs the next day on May 16, 2026.

Registration and race services
Packet pickup is at Prairie Lakes Ice Arena; this is a new pickup location compared with previous years. Registration fees are tiered by date and age: $20 per person for ages 13 and over, $25 per person after April 1, $30 per person after May 1, and $5 for children 12 and under. A $10 Double Dash Combo is available for participants who register for both the 5K and the Dash Around Kampeska Half Marathon or Half Marathon Relay; Double Dash entrants receive a special pin.
