Hornet Hustle 5K Run/Walk
The Hornet Hustle is a community 5K run/walk held at Rossville Town Park in Rossville, IN on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The race takes place during the annual Summer's End Festival, which runs Friday evening and all day Saturday.
The course is an out and back paved route. Packet pickup is available on race day before the race. Race day registration is offered from 6:30 to 7:30 AM and accepts cash only.
Registration fees are listed as $30 for pre-registration by July 1, 2026; $35 for registration from July 1 through August 21, 2026; and $35 for race day registration, cash only. Participants who pre-register by August 1 are listed as eligible to receive a race shirt; entries after August 1 are not guaranteed a shirt.
Awards are given to the top two overall male and female finishers and to first place in each age division. Age divisions are 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
Parking in the park is free on Friday night. Results can be posted automatically on race day for participants who connect a Twitter account. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
