Hornet Hustle 5K Run/Walk
The Hornet Hustle is a 5K run and walk scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Rossville Town Park. The event takes place during the Summer's End Festival, which runs Friday evening and all day Saturday.
The course is an out and back on paved surfaces. Packet pickup is available on race day before the race. Race day registration is available and accepts cash only. Pre-registration prices and windows are specified by the organizer, and participants who pre-register by August 8 are eligible to receive a race shirt; registrations after August 8 are not guaranteed a shirt.
Awards are given to the top two overall male and female finishers and to the first place finisher in each age division. Age divisions are: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.
Registration fee details include a reduced pre-registration rate through mid-July 2026 and a standard registration fee thereafter, with a race day fee equal to the later registration amount.
