Event overview
The Hopton 10K is a 10 kilometre multi-terrain race held in Hopton, Mirfield, West Yorkshire. The course is undulating, comprises one lap, and mixes track and road surfaces (about 60% track, 40% road). The event uses chip timing and includes a finisher’s T-shirt. All proceeds support Hopton Primary School.

The route runs on quiet roads and woodland bridleways around the village. The race is not suitable for wheelchairs and is operating under a race licence that is listed as pending. Race headquarters is at Hopton Primary School, 4 Woodend Road, Mirfield, WF14 8PR. Facilities at the venue include water stations, distance markers, toilets, changing facilities, and a baggage store; there are no showers. Free parking is available for around 70 cars, with additional on-street parking nearby. Tea and coffee and a café selling food are available on site.
Entry and limits
Entry categories and fees are: affiliated £21.00, unaffiliated £23.00. An entry-on-the-day option is listed at an additional £2.00 if the event has not sold out.
