Hopton 10K 2026
The Hopton 10K is a multi-terrain 10 kilometre race around the village of Hopton, Mirfield. The course mixes woodland bridleways and quiet roads, with approximately 60% track and 40% road. The profile is undulating with a few steady climbs, and it is described as varied and challenging in places.
The event uses chip timing and offers an optional finisher’s T-shirt. Race facilities include water stations, distance markers, toilets, changing facilities and baggage storage; there are no showers. Race headquarters are at Hopton Primary School, Woodend Road, Mirfield, WF14 8PR. Free parking is available for around 70 cars and additional on-street parking is nearby.
Entry is limited to 500 places and a minimum age of 15 applies. Standard entry fees range from £13 to £23 depending on options and affiliation. The event supports Hopton Primary School with proceeds from entries.
