Hopton 10K, Mirfield
The Hopton 10K is a 10 kilometre multi terrain race held in and around the village of Hopton, Mirfield on 27 September 2026. The route follows quiet roads and woodland bridleways, with mixed surfaces and a few steady climbs; approximately 60% track and 40% road.
The event uses chip timing and provides a finisher’s T-shirt. Support at the event includes water stations, distance markers, toilets, changing facilities and baggage storage; there are no showers. A café offering tea, coffee and bacon butties is available on site. Parking is free for around 70 cars with additional on-street parking nearby.
Entry is limited to 500 places. Entry fees are listed as £21 for affiliated runners and £23 for unaffiliated runners; day entries may be available for an additional £2 if the event has not sold out. The minimum age for runners is 15. Proceeds from the event support Hopton Primary School.
