2026 Unified 5K - Lancaster

The Unified 5K and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports exposition hosted at the RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster. This 8th annual event brings together athletes with and without disabilities to participate in a variety of physical activities. The gathering serves to raise funds for AdaptX initiatives, including research, education, and adaptive fitness programming.

An "Early Start" option is available for the 5k course, specifically intended for those who expect to need more than one hour to finish.
