The Unified 5K in Lancaster is an accessible road race presented for participants with and without disabilities. The event takes place in 2026 at RFK Community Alliance, 971 Main St, Lancaster, Massachusetts, and is organized around the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to compete.

Course details for the 5k begin at Luther Burbank Middle School and follow Main Street for about 0.70 miles, then continue onto Packard Street and Harvard Road with a turnaround at the intersection of Harvard and Neck before returning to the finish. The 1 mile course also starts at Luther Burbank Middle School, turns onto Main Street and Brazao, loops a cul de sac and returns to the finish. The Kids Fun Run is a loop around the Luther Burbank area.
Event programming includes bib pick-up and day-of registration, an Expo for adaptive sports organizations and vendors, an early start option, a Kids Fun Run, a traditional 5k and 1 mile race, and an awards ceremony. The event features vendor participation from adaptive organizations and sponsors, and includes equipment donation programs such as running blade donations in partnership with Less Leg More Heart and a racing chair donation partnership with Hoyt Running Chairs and related foundations.
