Hope in Pink - University of Georgia 5K
Hope in Pink is a University of Georgia 5K event held on October 18, 2026, in Athens, Georgia at 205 Old Commerce Road. The event takes place during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and focuses on raising funds for breast cancer support.
The event is open to UGA students, faculty, staff, and the wider community. Participants may walk or run. Registration proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society through UGA’s Relay For Life campaign. The event includes recognition of survivors and remembrance of those lost to breast cancer.
Two registration categories are listed: an adult registration for participants 18 years or older with a registration fee of $20.00 and registration open from 2026-09-04 16:25 to 2026-09-18 23:59; and a youth registration for participants under 18 with a registration fee of $25.00 and registration open from 2026-09-19 08:29 to 2026-10-18 14:30.
