Hope in Motion 1K and 5K Run/Walk
The Peer Recovery Center of Addison County organizes the 2nd Annual Hope in Motion, held on September 27, 2026, at 55 Collins Drive in Middlebury, Vermont. The event is dedicated to celebrating recovery, promoting wellness, and bringing people together through movement, connection, and hope.
Participants can choose timed runs or walks in two distances:
- 1K Timed Run/Walk
- 5K Timed Run/Walk
Registration fees are $5 for the 1K and $25 for the 5K. Both races welcome participants of all ages and abilities.
The morning includes live music, food trucks, a community resource fair featuring local organizations, recovery resources, and wellness professionals, taekwondo demonstrations, family-friendly activities, and door prizes and giveaways.
All proceeds support the Peer Recovery Center of Addison County, which provides free, confidential peer recovery support, community education, outreach, and recovery services for individuals and families throughout Addison County.
