Infinitus in Ripton, Vermont
Infinitus is a series of rugged trail races organized by The Endurance Society at Silver Towers Camp in Ripton, Vermont, within the Green Mountain National Forest. The event is scheduled to take place May 21 to 31, 2026, with varied start dates for the different race options. Entry terms include a no refunds policy.
Race options span short trail distances, single ultramarathons, extended multi-day challenges, and very long endurance events. Distances and formats listed for 2026 include:
- 9 Mile (12 hour cutoff)
- Marathon (12 hour cutoff)
- 88k (24 hour cutoff)
- 100 Mile (48 hour cutoff)
- 250 Mile (120 hour cutoff)
- Penta-Marathon five marathons in five days
- Deca-Marathon ten marathons in ten days
- 888k (240 hour cutoff)
Camping at Silver Towers Camp requires a one time fee of $12, payable to The Endurance Society in cash at check in. The course is composed of two loops: a small loop of 8.5 miles with 2,090 feet of vertical gain, and a big loop of 17.8 miles with 2,760 feet of vertical gain.
