Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival
The Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival is a multi-event triathlon and aquabike competition held in Ticonderoga, New York, at Black Point Road and Tiroga Beach Lane (11 Tiroga Beach Lane, 12883). The festival is in its eighth year and takes place along the shores of Lake George.
The standard course begins with a 750 m swim in Lake George, followed by a moderate hilly 12-mile bike ride and a 5 km run along shoreline roads and trails. Olympic-distance participants complete two loops of each course. Paratriathletes are welcome. Relay teams of two or three athletes may enter designated relay events. There are no cut-off times on any event.

- Double Ti Triathlon: 45 Miles

- Relay Team Sprint Tri: 15 Miles
- Relay Team Olympic Tri: 30 Miles
The Double Ti option combines the Sprint and Olympic triathlons back-to-back; athletes must finish the Sprint and return to the start area before beginning the Olympic segment.
