Hope In Motion 5K Run/Walk
Hope In Motion 5K Run/Walk is a community road race held at Eisenhower Park Field 2, Parking Lot 2, East Meadow, NY 11554. The event is conducted on a USATF certified 5K course (certificate ID NY17013JG).
Registration is not yet open; a notification option is available to let interested participants know when registration opens. Past-event information and results are available from previous editions.
Amenities include a finisher medal for the first 200 finishers, an informal area for leaving belongings with no organizer responsibility, live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos, and a personalized bib for those who register at least three weeks in advance.
Awards recognize the top three male and female overall finishers and a trophy for the largest team. Online age group recognition lists the top three male and female finishers in the following brackets: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90 plus.
Bib pickup is handled in person by event staff; participants must know their bib number to pick up. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, the bib number can be delivered by text or located via online bib lookup. Virtual bibs are shipped with a shipping window from one week before to one week after the event.
