Hope In Motion 5K Run/Walk

Hope In Motion is organized as a USATF certified 5K held at Eisenhower Park Field 2, Parking Lot 2 in East Meadow, NY. A previous edition was held on March 29, 2026. The beneficiary for the event is to be announced.

Event amenities include a finisher medal awarded to the first 200 finishers, free finish line photos, live online and text results, and personalized bibs for registrants who register three weeks in advance. An informal area will be available for leaving race belongings; the organizer will not accept responsibility for personal items.

Awards and recognition are given online and on race day. Overall awards are presented to the top three men and top three women, and the largest team receives a trophy. Age group recognition is provided online for the top three men and top three women in the following divisions: 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, 80 to 89, and 90 plus.

Bib pickup options include in-person pickup on race day and virtual bibs that are shipped. The shipping window for virtual bibs ranges from one week prior to one week after the event.
