Hope and Heroes Run

Hope and Heroes Run is a superhero themed race day held at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington on October 11, 2026. The event includes in-person and virtual options and recognizes PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day while supporting the Northwest PANDAS/PANS Network.

Distances offered:

• 0.4 miles Super Sidekick Kids Dash for children 5 and under
• 5K The Fearless 5K, timed with overall and age group awards
• 10K The Unstoppable 10K, timed with overall and age group awards
• 5K Virtual Fearless 5K for participants completing the route remotely
• 10K Virtual Unstoppable 10K for participants completing the route remotely

The kids dash awards a finisher medal to every child. The timed 5K and 10K include overall and age-group awards, and participants are guaranteed a medal and T-shirt if registered by September 25, 2026. Strollers are allowed on the in-person 5K and 10K courses. Costumes are strongly encouraged and a costume contest is organized with categories for individual, group, and kids costumes. Team registration options are available for social groups and organizations.

Virtual participants may choose their own route and complete the distance anytime and anywhere. Event proceeds and donations benefit the Northwest PANDAS/PANS Network to support education, advocacy, and family resources. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
