Hope and Heroes Run

Hope and Heroes Run is Washington State's first PANS/PANDAS awareness run. It takes place on October 11, 2026 at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington, address 6046 W Lake Sammamish PKWY NE.

The event program includes in person and virtual options:

• Super Sidekick Dash - 0.4 miles ages 0 to 5
• The Fearless 5K - 5 kilometers
• The Unstoppable 10K - 10 kilometers
• Heroic Sip and Stroll - 3.1 miles
• Virtual Fearless 5K and Virtual Unstoppable 10K and Virtual Heroic Sip N Stroll

The Fearless 5K and the Unstoppable 10K are timed and include age group and overall awards. The Heroic Sip and Stroll is not timed. The Super Sidekick Dash provides a finisher ribbon and allows parents or guardians to run alongside. Costumes are strongly encouraged for on site events. Strollers are welcome on several courses.

Participants who register by September 25, 2026 are guaranteed an event t shirt and finisher medal for certain in person distances. Registration fees vary by event and virtual options have separate fees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
