Race features

The course is described as a smooth, flat route starting from AMC Theatres. Water stations will be available approximately every 1.5 miles. Awards will be given by gun time to the top three overall male and female finishers, top three overall Masters (40+), Grand Master (50+), Senior Master (60+), and the top three in each five-year age group from 10 & under through 80+. Packet pickup is conducted on race morning beginning one hour before the race start. A course map is available on MapMyRun.

Registration, virtual option, charity and policies

Regular, late, and race-day fees vary; virtual and in-person options have separate pricing windows and deadlines. The virtual 5K allows participants to run at a location of their choice, submit a time online through March 30, and receive virtual packages shipped the Monday after the event (shipping to continental US only). The 2026 charity partner is the Georgia House Rabbit Society. Registrations are final; the event will take place rain or shine unless canceled for extreme weather, and there are no refunds.
