Hoot-N-Hustle 2026
The Hoot-N-Hustle is a community running event held at Agua Fria High School in Avondale, Arizona. Organized by 4 Peaks Racing, the event takes participants through the streets of Old Town Avondale and across the campus of Agua Fria High School.
The event features a variety of participation options to accommodate different age groups:
- 5 km Run or Walk for adults.
- 5 km Run or Walk for participants aged 18 and under.
- 400 m Kid's Dash for younger runners.
Activities involve a pre-race warm-up led by the mascot, Hootie the Owl. Local clubs and sports teams from Agua Fria High School are present along the course to provide encouragement to those running or walking. The event concludes with a community gathering at the finish line, referred to as a block party. The race takes place on a Saturday morning in late March.
