Event Overview
The Hook Fun Run & Road Races take place on 17th May 2026 in Hook, Hampshire. The event offers three separate races: the William Grant & Sons 10k, the Hook 10 mile, and the Square One Fun Run.
Race Details
All races start and finish at Hartletts Park in Hook, with access to the Hook Community Centre facilities. This year introduces new course routes for the 10k and 10 mile races through the Hampshire countryside, as well as a new route for the Fun Run around the village.
- William Grant & Sons 10k: Entry fee is £24.00. Minimum age for entry is 15.
- Hook 10 mile: Entry fee is £28.00. Minimum age for entry is 17.
- Square One Fun Run: Entry fee is £8.00. Open to runners aged 5 and over. It features two starting waves, separated by differently coloured bibs and estimated finishing times.
Toddler races will be held on the field earlier in the day. Family entertainment and children's activities will be available.
Facilities and Logistics
Chip timing will be used for the races. All finishers receive a medal. On-site facilities include toilets, food stands, refreshments, a baggage hall, and water stations along the courses and at the finish line. The organizers note a focus on sustainability with a goal to minimize environmental impact.
