Honouring Traditions PowWow Run
The Honouring Traditions PowWow Run is a cultural community running event on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Henderson Lake Park in Lethbridge, AB. The event is presented in the context of the pow wow tradition and is described as a community gathering that combines running and cultural recognition.

The race uses official chip timing with live online searchable results during the event, and full printable results and downloadable finisher certificates afterward. Age categories are 11&U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
The start and finish are located at the Kinsman Shelter area. Strollers are welcome and dogs are not permitted. Package pickup is scheduled at the PowWow venue convention centre on Saturday September 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on race morning at the start/finish area between 8:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. The event notes a need for on-course volunteers.
