Honor the Fallen 5K & GORUCK

Honor the Fallen 5K & GORUCK is a memorial fundraiser held on May 8, 2027 at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin, Tennessee. The event benefits Memories of Honor and supports two named programs, Boots of Honor Memorial and Project EPIC Forward. Presenting sponsors cover race overhead so 100% of registration fees directly fund those programs.

The event offers multiple participation options and a closed cross country style course on soft surface mixed terrain. Leashed dogs are welcome. Entry features associated items including a Fallen Hero Memorial bib carrying the name of a fallen service member, an event t shirt if registered before the shirt cutoff, a finisher medal, an electronic finisher certificate, and a GORUCK patch for GORUCK participants. A course map and additional details are listed as coming soon.

Event day includes an acknowledgment of surviving family members and volunteers, a ceremony, and an after party with live music. Awards are given for overall male and female and for age group 1st and 2nd place in the listed age brackets. Registration opens on Veterans Day, November 11, 2026. The event moves to Harlinsdale for 2027 after previous years at The Grove. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
