Event Overview
Treat Trot Nashville is a community-focused running event held at Veterans Park in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The event offers a variety of distances to accommodate different preferences, including timed and untimed options. Participants can take part in the following distances:
- Kids Dash (untimed, for children ages 10 and under)
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- 5K (3.1 miles, chip-timed)
- 10K (6.2 miles, chip-timed)
- 15K (chip-timed)
Race Features and Logistics
The 5K, 10K, and 15K events use chip-timing technology to provide participants with live results and awards. All registered participants receive a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. To ensure shirt size availability, registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday two weeks prior to the event date. Free photos are provided for all participants, and snacks are available at the finish line.
For those who cannot attend the physical event at Veterans Park, a virtual race option is available. Virtual participants can complete their chosen distance at any location and time. This registration includes a digital bib, an event shirt, and a finisher medal, which are mailed out after the event. There is also a volunteer-then-run registration category, where individuals assist with event setup before participating in a race distance of their choice.
