Race services, awards, and policies
Registered participants in timed events receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal; the Kids Dash includes a mini bib and youth-sized shirt. Free photos are provided and treats are available at the finish area. Age group awards for the 5k/12k include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three male and female in standard age brackets up to 80+. The Kids Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards.
The virtual option includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race. Course maps and parking information are provided online. The organizer accepts new, unwrapped toy donations for Toys for Tots. Events proceed in most weather; there is a no-refund policy and cancellation conditions include venue requirements or hazardous ice, with transfers to the virtual event if needed.
